With small modifications, I am having this kind of berry smoothie bowls every single day for the past 3 years and I never get bored of them!
They are delicious, easy to make and packed with nutrients!

Not only that fruits are ideal for assisting the body in detoxification, but they will also leave you full, energized and satisfied!
So let’s get started!
The ingredients you will need are:
• 1 cup of frozen blueberries
• 2 frozen bananas
• 10 Mazafati dates
• 2 TBS of acai berry powder
• Juice of one orange
• A little bit of orange zest
Place all the ingredients into the food processor or a high-speed blender and blend until creamy! If necessary, add some water to blend easier. Pour into the bowl, spread evenly and top with your favorite fruits! I used mango stars, passion fruit, strawberries, blueberries, and cherries, but you can use any fruits of your choice.
