Bodybuilders are certainly aware that diet plays a huge role in achieving desirable physique, and that’s why they pay so much attention to food preparation and counting ratios. Although those high protein diets ‘enriched’ with all kinds of powders, chemicals, and hormones can help them to achieve desirable esthetics, nothing comes tax free, and often they’re becoming victims of their own lifestyle and ending up with all kinds of diseases and experiencing loads of pain from accumulated acidity in the body.

But there is a much easier and enjoyable way to achieve the body you always wanted. Either you want to shed some fat, water, relieve bloating or gain some muscle, a clean raw vegan diet will get you there effortlessly!

Genetics also play a big role in this, but what we inherit are actually genetic weaknesses, while eating the same diet as our parents make them develop into the same diseases.

Exercise might help to some point, cause there are many lymphatic points in the abdominal area, but success will greatly depend on the diet!
